<h2>活動緣起</h2>
2015 年巴黎協定通過後，全球的氣候談判已邁入新的篇章：每五年，國際間將經由全球盤點 (Global Stocktake) 機制，綜合回顧世界各國提交的「國家氣候貢獻」(Nationally Determined Contributions, NDCs)，藉此督促國家們提升氣候行動的力度。
台灣政府在 2015 年也公布了「國家自定預期貢獻」(Intended Nationally Determined Contributions, INDC)，但由於台灣還不是聯合國會員國，也不是聯合國氣候變化綱要公約的締約方，當然不在巴黎協定的全球盤點之列，因此我們想：
「既然台灣的國家氣候行動無法在聯合國被盤點、檢視，台灣公民為什麼不自己盤點呢？」
青年氣候盤點三年計畫應運而生，我們目標在 2018、2019、2020 年持續提出《台灣青年氣候觀點》及發佈《大氣候世代全覽圖》，透過青年氣候盤點檢視台灣的國家氣候承諾！
